- If your frame is damaged, we will send a replacement or refund your payment.
- If you've made a mistake with your personalization and need to re-order, we'll be happy to offer you a generous 50% discount to do so.
- Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge to you or refund your payment. In some cases, we may request a photo of the frame you received in order to provide the best possible resolution.
- If you uploaded a photo for us to print, please note: the print we provided was the highest quality that could be created from your file.

All orders are processed within 4 business days and shipped for FREE via FedEx 2-Day service to all 50 U.S. States including Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or International addresses.
